They work with AI models, bots, and data analytics to optimize processes across various industries. This role often requires expertise in programming, machine learning, and process optimization.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive in intelligent automation?

To thrive in Intelligent Automation, you need a solid background in process analysis, business process management, and programming or scripting skills, typically backed by a degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field. Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) platforms such as UiPath or Blue Prism, as well as knowledge of machine learning and AI technologies, is highly beneficial, and certifications in these tools are often preferred. Strong problem-solving abilities, analytical thinking, and effective communication are essential soft skills for working across departments and translating business needs into technical solutions.
