The Specialist ensures optimal utilization of Yardi to achieve financial performance targets, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance. #ZR

Are you a tech-savvy problem solver with a passion for optimizing systems and supporting others? We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Software Support Specialist to join our team full-time and play a vital role in the smooth operation of our property management systems.


What You'll Do:
Support & Troubleshoot: Provide top-notch technical support to users across our portfolio using the Yardi Voyager platform.
Train & Empower: Train on-site and administrative staff on Yardi functionality and best practices.
Configure & Maintain: Set up and manage Yardi modules (Financials, CRM, Residential, etc.) to meet operational needs.
Report & Analyze: Generate custom reports and dashboards to support decision-making and improve efficiency.
Collaborate & Integrate: Work with IT, Accounting, and Property Management teams to integrate Yardi with other systems.
Secure & Comply: Ensure data accuracy, maintain user access, and help uphold regulatory compliance.


What We're Looking For:
Yardi Expertise: 2+ years of experience with Yardi Voyager 7s and Rent Cafe is required.
Technical Know-How: Strong troubleshooting, system configuration, and data analysis skills.
Customer-Focused: Exceptional support and training skills with a collaborative spirit.
Organized & Adaptable: Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction.
Bonus Points: A bachelor's degree in IT or related field and a basic understanding of accounting principles.


Work Hours & Benefits:
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM (with occasional travel to support site teams).
