TITLE:
Senior Manager of Integrated Business Planning Analytics
DUTIES:
Deliver actionable insights, ensure alignment across functions, and enable long-term business performance. Lead the development of the company's 3-year global supply plan, ensuring alignment across functions and geographies. Build analyses and tools to identify lost sales opportunities, quantify demand risk, and recommend actions to senior leadership. Oversee and optimize enterprise-level master data processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and efficiency across supply chain and finance systems. Present to senior executives, manage cross-functional initiatives, and mentor junior team members. Develop models using statistical methods and programming (Python, SQL, etc.) to guide business-critical decisions. Manage and develop a team of direct reports, including a Manager and an Analyst, providing guidance, performance feedback, and professional growth opportunities. Up to 15% of domestic / international travel required. Full-time telecommuting permitted.

SALARY:
$169,541 - $180,000/yr.
REQUIREMENTS:
Master's degree or equivalent in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Advanced Analytics or closely related field and 2 years of experience in the position offered or a related role. Requires 2 years of experience in all of the following: utilizing advanced analytics techniques including R, Python, and Jupyter Notebook in supply planning analytics for a global retail organization; developing and presenting supply chain data insights to senior leadership to identify business opportunities to optimize sourcing network by cost and lead time; and overseeing and optimizing enterprise level master data processes to ensure accuracy and consistency across supply chain and finance systems. Requires 1 year of experience in all of the following: utilizing machine learning models through Python for demand forecasting in a global retail organization; and developing automated processes in Dataiku to support scheduled analysis across international sourcing and product management teams.
