POSITION: Integrated Business PlannerLOCATION: Jupiter, FL.

STATUS: Salary-Exempt

JOB SUMMARY The Integrated Business Planner is responsible for translating customer demand, sales forecasts, and strategic business objectives into executable supply and demand plans. This role develops and manages master schedules and MRP outputs to ensure alignment with forecasted demand, capacity constraints, and material availability. The planner leads and facilitates the Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) process, partnering with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance to balance demand and supply and support long‑range business planning. The position requires strong analytical capability, advanced ERP proficiency, and the ability to clearly communicate data‑driven insights to stakeholders and leadership.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The essential functions of the job include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Create and maintain the master production schedule in ERP, ensuring accuracy and feasibility based on capacity and material constraints.
  • Analyze demand forecasts, customer orders, and inventory levels to determine production priorities.
  • Collaborate with Production Planners, Buyers, and Operations to resolve scheduling conflicts and bottlenecks.
  • Monitor and adjust schedules in real time to accommodate changes in demand, capacity, or material availability.
  • Provide clear communication of schedule status and changes to stakeholders through reports and meetings.
  • Lead and facilitate SIOP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning) meetings to align production plans with business objectives through recommendations of hardware spend.
  • Support SIOP process by providing accurate scheduling data and insights. Prepare and present SIOP metrics, including demand, supply, and inventory projections, to leadership.
  • Ensure integration of SIOP outputs into the master schedule for improved forecast accuracy and resource allocation.
  • Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to hardware spend to further assist in the SIOP process decisions.
  • Work cross-functionally with Tendering, Sales, Program Management, and Configuration Management to confirm availability of current WIP to tender hardware to customers.
  • Review and release purchase requisitions in conjunction with Buyers.
  • Participate in cross-functional improvement initiatives to enhance scheduling efficiency and accuracy.
  • Other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education & Training

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business or related field or equivalent years experience in this field
  • Must complete EHS assigned regulatory training for work area as described by PSM’s EHS Training Matrix

Skills/Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in production scheduling, master scheduling, or related supply chain role.
  • Adaptive learner, initiative-taker, and hard worker.
  • Formal training in an ERP system (SAP strongly preferred).
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Process focused and Collaborative.
  • Knowledge of capacity planning and manufacturing processes.
  • Experienced in computer applications including MS Office programs.
  • Ability to travel both domestically and internationally.
