We're California's premier plaintiff-side employment law firm, and we're looking for an Intake Specialist who brings equal parts heart and precision.
What You'll Do
  • Be the first voice potential clients hear - conduct evaluations daily with empathy, professionalism, and sharp case instincts
  • Research claims, spot patterns, and draft concise internal memos that help attorneys move fast and decide smart
  • Keep the firm's CRM, documents, and calendars immaculate - the behind-the-scenes work that makes everything else possible
  • Collaborate across teams and step in where needed, including supporting new-hire training
  • The above duties are representative but not exhaustive
