Commercial Insurance Producer to solicit, manage, close,...assume the role as the trusted advisor.

  • Solicit - engage in a well organized professionally managed marketing campaign across social media, email, phone, mail and visit ins to businesses that are known to generate premium in excess of $100,000 yielding revenue in excess of $10,000,
  • Manage - Work with a team of account managers with an average commercial insurance experience of 15yrs in designing an insurance program
  • Close - engage in a selling system that allows you to close the sale on the first meeting.
  • Trusted Advisor - once written you will execute our Minuteman Service Timeline Plan (MSTP) that will place you in the enviable position as Trusted Advisor and bullet proof you from the competition

Responsibilities
  • Fully engage our automated marketing platform that is set up specifically to engage businessowners who are spending $100,00+ in annual premium for their business' insurance.
  • Participate in our live sales mentoring program led by an industry in insurance sales and marketing. You will learn techniques that will enable you, in some cases, close the account on the first meeting. (Our Producers routinely win Broker of Record Letters once they learn of our MSTP)
  • Work with your team of account managers in gathering underwriting information to assist in the submission process. As a Renaissance Alliance for the last 20yrs we have access to over 40 insurance providers, including captives and self insurance plans.
  • Participate in an individually designed educational plan specific to the business insurance within the industry of your specialty

Requirements

Licensing: Possess or willing to obtain a valid Massachusetts Insurance Producer license.

Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is advantageous.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Customer-Focused: Demonstrated commitment to meeting and exceeding client expectations.

Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a hybrid remote work environment while maintaining productivity and collaboration.

Team Player: Capable of working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives.
