Insurance Producer | $50 - $60K Base + uncapped commission structure

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday | In Office

Schedule: In-Office with Hybrid Work Options

Job Duties:

  • Prospect, develop, and close new commercial business, with a primary focus on Massachusetts
  • Identify and expand opportunities across New Hampshire, Maine, and Connecticut as needed
  • Build and leverage referral networks and centers of influence to drive new business
  • Design and present tailored insurance coverage strategies for business clients
  • Partner closely with the service team to ensure strong account retention and growth
  • Consistently meet or exceed new business production goals
