Join your local insurance agency, one of New England’s top-performing insurance agencies. We are seeking an experienced, licensed Property/Casualty Producer with a proven track record of closing, retention, and production.
This is a full-time, in-office role for candidates local to the Providence / Dedham area. We invest heavily in agency-provided live transfer leads and are looking for a producer who can consistently convert opportunities into results. If you thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment and want to maximize your earning potential within a high-achieving agency, this role is built for you.
Responsibilities:
  • Convert a steady flow of agency-provided live transfer leads
  • Conduct coverage reviews and recommend tailored P&C solutions
  • Cross-sell and round accounts to maximize customer value
  • Work collaboratively between the Providence and Dedham offices
  • Maintain high service standards that reflect a top-performing agency
Requirements:
  • Active Property/Casualty license (required)
  • Demonstrated success selling P/C insurance products
  • Experience closing live transfer or warm leads
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable working independently
  • Local to the Providence/Dedham area and available for full-time, in-office work
Compensation:
