The Wolfe Insurance Agency is an established Independent Insurance Agency. We have served the Finger Lakes Region since 1974. Our customers are a part of our family; we are a part of our community! We are the well-known face folks look to for help when the unexpected and difficult happens.

Daily Responsibilities of the Customer Service Insurance Agent:

  • Develop and maintain client relationships
  • Assess clients' insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage options
  • Provide quotes and sell the insurance best suited to each client
  • Explain policy features, benefits, and exclusions to clients
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues
  • Analyze clients' current insurance policies and make recommendations for improvements or additional coverage
  • Process policy applications, endorsements, and renewals
  • Submit client's claims and follow-up
  • Collaborate with underwriters, adjusters, and other insurance professionals to ensure client satisfaction

Required Skills for our Customer Service Insurance Agent:

  • Personal Lines Insurance experience
  • Active Property and Casualty License
  • Proven experience and delight in customer service roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills by phone, in person, and through written and electronic correspondence
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team
  • High level of organizational skills and attention to detail and follow-through
  • Ability to prioritize job tasks

Salary and Benefits:
--Salary ranges from $45,000 to $60,000 per year, commensurate with experience
