We are looking for entry level Insurance Sales Representative willing to get licensed - we will help you! Insurance Sales Representatives will start with a competitive base pay and ability to make additional bonuses by meeting sales metrics.

Property and Casualty Insurance License is a bonus but willing to train the right individual License is expected to be secured prior to employment (Will assist with this process).

Responsibilities
  • Be a team player to help grow the agency
  • Make sales (licensed) of auto insurance and other personal lines of insurance products while providing extraordinary customer service

  • Educate clients on auto, home and renter's insurance

  • Service existing accounts and ensure customers make buying decisions armed with the right amount of information

  • Identify cross-selling opportunities during calls

  • Help protect customers by offering insurance and financial products that will meet their needs
  • Conduct needs-based customer policy reviews and update coverage

Requirements
  • P&C License is a plus but will train the right individuals!
  • Prior success in a sales role
    • 1+ years experience preferred
  • Up to 75% of your day may be on the phone, a high-energy personality and a love of working with people is a must
  • A knack for remembering data and details
  • Strong computer skills to learn and work within multiple quoting systems (must be able to type at least 40 wpm)
  • Punctual with the ability to stay and work a quote to its completion
  • Confident self - starter who works well independently
  • Maintain a positive and self-motivated attitude
  • Excellent verbal and written communication / interpersonal skills
