Qualifications
-Minimum of three years of property and casualty underwriting experience, or agency experience working directly with carrier underwriters
-Demonstrated ability to analyze risk characteristics,
interpret coverage forms and apply underwriting guidelines
-Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail
-The highest standards of integrity and ethics
-Insurance designations such as Associate in Insurance (AINS), Associate in Underwriting (AU), or Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), or comparable insurance education
-Associate's or bachelor's degree
