Responsibilities

Cross-sell and upsell existing customers. Individual and team reporting. Assist customers with insurance service-related questions and issues, following up as needed to completely satisfy the customer. Document conversations, to dos and other items in the Allstate CRM system. Take payments. Advise and update coverages. Engage partners as needed. Support sales as needed.


Requirements

Previous P&C insurance service and/or sales experience required. Previous experience with Allstate preferred. Current P&C license required.
