Assist clients with policy questions, billing inquiries, and coverage changes

Process endorsements, renewals, and policy updates accurately and efficiently


Answer incoming calls, emails, and walk-in requests with professionalism and care


Follow up with clients regarding missing information, documentation, or signatures


Support the sales team by preparing quotes, applications, and client files


Maintain accurate client records in the agency management system


Help identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities and refer them to licensed agents
