Job description

Vault Insurance & Risk Management is a growing independent agency in Lincoln, NE serving businesses and individuals across Nebraska. We're looking for a motivated sales producer to grow our book of business someone who can build lasting client relationships, identify coverage needs, and close new accounts across commercial and personal lines.

This is a relationship-first role. You'll have access to a wide carrier market, a collaborative team, and the tools to build a rewarding long-term career in insurance sales.

Responsibilities
  • Prospect and develop new commercial and personal lines business through referrals, networking, and outbound outreach
  • Conduct risk assessments and present tailored insurance solutions to prospective clients
  • Manage your pipeline from first contact through policy binding and onboarding
  • Collaborate with account managers and CSRs to deliver exceptional client service
  • Maintain accurate activity records and pipeline reporting in agency management systems
  • Pursue continuing education and stay current on carrier appetites and industry trends

Requirements

What we're looking for

Active Nebraska P&C producer license - REQUIRED ***

13+ years of insurance sales or related B2B sales experience preferred

Self-starter with strong interpersonal and communication skills

Familiarity with commercial lines a plus especially contractors, real estate, or specialty niches

Comfort with agency management systems and standard office software

Genuine drive to build a book of business and grow with the agency
