We serve a diverse portfolio of personal and commercial lines clients across New Jersey and are licensed in New York, Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Florida. We are seeking a motivated Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is responsible for developing new personal lines insurance opportunities while maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing clients. You will work closely with prospects and current clients to identify coverage needs, provide tailored solutions, and support long-term retention. This is an excellent opportunity to build a stable book of business.

  • Base salary of $30,225 per year plus bonus and performance incentives, year-end total $50,000-$60,000
  • Monday through Friday schedule with weekends off

  • Prospect, round accounts, and pursue win-back opportunities
  • Support renewals and retention efforts

  • Stay current on products, coverages, and licensing requirements
