Roleย Summaryย 

Fusableโ€™sย Risk Intelligence division is seeking aย Salesย Director to spearhead our strategic sales ecosystem. This leadership roleย is responsible forย driving new businessย acquisitionย and managing lifecycle success for major insurance carrier partners.ย 

As a market leader fueled by innovation,ย Fusableย delivers world-class insights through brands such as Central Analysis Bureau, Price Digests,ย EquipmentWatch, EDA, Iron Solutions, andย RigDigย BI.ย 

Leading the Commercial Lines Insurance vertical, this role manages a seasoned and high-performing strategic sales team delivering SaaS and DaaS solutions to top-tier insurance carriers, MGAs, RRGs, and program managers.ย 

Risk Intelligence is scaling rapidly to support accelerated 2026+ growth. CAB is the market leader in risk exposure and loss control analytics, and this role directly shapes the go-to-market strategy for one ofย Fusableโ€™sย highest-impact verticals.ย 

Team Leadership Scopeย 

  • Leads 4 Strategic Sales Reps in the Insurance Carrier vertical.ย 
  • Team focuses on large carriers including Liberty, Chubb, and State Farm.ย 
  • New business average deal size ranges from $50K to $400K.ย 
  • Manages a strategic renewal book for Risk Intelligence.ย 
  • Territory covers North America with geo assignments by state or Canadian province.ย 
  • This role inherits an existing seasoned team;ย primaryย leadership style needed is coaching.ย 

Essential Duties & Responsibilitiesย 

  • Drive Strategic Growth: Lead enterprise sales cycles and expand opportunities.ย 
  • Lead a High-Performance Team: Coach, mentor, and develop strategic reps.ย 
  • Innovate the Vertical: Align SaaS/DaaS capabilities to commercial auto carrier needs.ย 
  • C-Suite Influence: Build relationships across underwriting, actuarial, and leadership.ย 
  • Support product launches and strategic initiatives.ย 
  • Provide insightsย onย market changes and risks.ย 

Success Indicators (Year One)ย 

  • Strategic sales team meets or exceeds new business sales quota.ย 
  • Achieves 102%+ retention rate on strategic renewals.ย 
  • CAB vertical achieves its 15% growth target; PRD achieves 10% target for 2026.ย 
  • Improved forecasting accuracy and expanded multi-product adoption.ย 

Experienceย 

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in business or related field.ย 
  • 7+ years B2B SaaS/DaaS sales experience; 3+ years leading strategic teams.ย 
  • Deep understanding of Commercial Auto (Transportation) Insurance.ย 
  • Proven record with complex enterprise sales cycles.ย 
  • Strong data fluency and ability to articulate analytics value.ย 
  • Expert-level Salesforceย proficiency.ย
