It is a vital role for the agency, as it involves both the acquisition (proactive & reactive) of new business and the effective servicing of existing policies and households.

Insurance Sales Representative Requirements

  • Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • People-oriented
  • Organizational skills
  • Self-motivated
  • P&C is license preferred.
