We specialize in water, fire, and storm damage restoration and work directly with major insurance carriers. Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Restoration Project Manager to oversee projects from start to finish. This role is responsible for managing job profitability, timelines, subcontractors, customer communication, and quality control.
This is not just a coordinator role this is a leadership position responsible for protecting margins and delivering excellent results.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage residential and light commercial restoration projects (water, fire, storm, reconstruction)
  • Create and review estimates using Xactimate (preferred)
  • Develop project scopes and budgets
  • Maintain target gross profit margins
  • Schedule and manage subcontractors and trades
  • Conduct job site visits and quality inspections
  • Communicate with homeowners and insurance adjusters
  • Approve invoices and review job costs
  • Handle change orders and supplements
  • Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Maintain accurate documentation in job management software
Qualifications
  • 3+ years experience in restoration or construction project management
  • Strong understanding of insurance restoration processes
  • Experience with Xactimate (highly preferred)
  • Knowledge of Oregon building codes
  • Ability to read and understand construction estimates
  • Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and financially aware
  • Valid drivers license and clean driving record
