Compensation

100% Commission Position

About the Role

This is a field-based leadership opportunity for an experienced roofing, storm restoration, or high-ticket outside sales professional.

You'll continue generating your own business while helping build and develop a high-performing sales team within your territory. Hive provides the systems, training, and operational support so you can focus on growing your business and helping your team succeed.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business through door-to-door prospecting, referrals, networking, and community outreach
  • Conduct residential roof inspections and identify storm-related property damage
  • Educate homeowners on the insurance restoration process and guide them through insurance claims
  • Present roofing and solar solutions and close residential restoration projects
  • Build, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team with support from Hive's leadership
  • Mentor team members using Hive's proven sales process
  • Maintain accurate customer and sales pipeline information in AccuLynx CRM
  • Partner with operations and project management to ensure an outstanding customer experience from sale through project completion
