Mitigation Technician (Water, Fire & Storm Restoration)
Looking for steady, hands-on work with real benefits and room to grow? Spyder Construction is hiring Mitigation Technicians in the Denver metro area. If you are dependable, willing to work hard, and ready to learn a skilled trade, we want to talk to you.
What you'll earn

What you'll do
  • Respond to water, fire, mold, and storm damage at commercial and residential properties
  • Extract water and set up drying equipment such as dehumidifiers, air movers, and air scrubbers
  • Perform demolition, jobsite cleanup, and mold and sewage mitigation
  • Take moisture readings and document your work with photos, field notes, and time tracking
  • Follow safety protocols and wear proper PPE on every job
  • Provide calm, respectful service to customers going through a stressful time

What we're looking for
  • A strong work ethic and reliability, especially for on-call shifts
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work in confined spaces, and handle physically demanding work in varying weather
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior hands-on work experience
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, not required
  • Certifications (IICRC WRT, FSRT, AMRT)

Schedule and logistics
  • Full-time
  • Includes an on-call rotation with some nights and weekends. This is emergency work, and it is where a lot of the overtime comes from
  • Report to our Littleton shop at the start of your shift to load into a company van before heading to job sites
  • FLSA status: non-exempt
