Digital Media Management (DMM), a Keywords Studios company, is a leading full-service digital agency, content studio and incubator specializing in social-first, โ€œalways-entertainingโ€ marketing. DMM works with movie studios, television networks, streaming services and consumer brands to create groundbreaking social media campaigns via fan activations, innovative content creation, results-driven paid media planning, and strategic influencer-brand partnerships.

We are currently seeking an Associate Director, Project Management to join our team here at DMM. The Associate Director is key in supporting the business through high quality, profitable creative execution whilst also overseeing daily activities across all accounts. Reporting into the Director of Project Management, they will lead a team of Producers and/or Project Managers across all accounts, co-owning the process, productivity and profitability of production work. They work independently on flagship accounts and work on company initiatives and special projects.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of roles and capabilities across all departments, and should be able to identify specific skill sets required for each account and project. The role requires strong communication and organizational skills. They need to have a keen eye for detail and the flexibility to pivot depending on the changing nature of the business / staff / issues that are escalated to them. They will inspire an atmosphere of best practice amongst the team through leading by example.

Your Impact
  • Own end-to-end producing and project management on flagship accounts, including budget creation and management, schedule creation and management, execution and delivery
  • Lead and work alongside Creative and Production teams to ensure projects are produced to a high standard, delivered on time and within agreed budget

  • Coordinate communication, requests and project requirements with clients, either direct or via client servicing team

  • Proactively troubleshoot to prevent roadblocks for creative and production teams at every stage of project lifecycle

  • Oversee vendor management process and approvalsย 

  • Help lead and mentor the US project management and video production team to ensure process and quality are met across all projectsย 

  • Help plan, monitor and analyze key metrics across project delivery, resource management and overall team performance

  • Proactively recommend best practices across resource management, project delivery, budgeting, contracts, etc.ย 

  • Recommend new strategies to maximize operational efficiency across the team and assist in defining processes when needed

  • Support or lead pitches and RFPs

Your Experience
  • 6+ years of experience in post-production or project management, either at a production house or in-house at an agency

  • Experience managing full project lifecycle across multi functional functional campaigns and projectsย 

  • High-level understanding of Design & Motion Graphics, as well as the Post-Production process across Editing, VFX and Sound

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to problem solve, pivot and implement solutions

  • Experience managing a team and resource planning

  • Agency or production house experience. Social Media experience preferred

  • Strong communicator and collaborator

  • Experience with project and resource management tools, such as Airtableย 

  • Technical understanding of various production software (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.)

  • Experience with shoot production or 3D production is a bonus

  • M-F: 9am-5pm (in any US time zone)ย 
The salary range for this role is $105,000 - $120,000 a year and is based on experience, responsibilities of the position, subject matter expertise and is location specific.ย
