  • Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure accountability for deliverables and follow through on commitments.
  • Standardize project management processes and best practices across initiatives.
  • Facilitate meetings, working sessions, and stakeholder communications to maintain alignment.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to project delivery and outcomes.
  • Support prioritization of initiatives based on business impact and resource availability.
  • Participate in strategic planning efforts related to go-to-market capabilities.

  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in project management or a related function, with experience supporting go-to-market or business operations initiatives.
  • Experience in a professional services or law firm environment preferred.
  • Strong project management skills with experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Ability to build and manage project roadmaps and timelines.
  • Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, hybrid approaches).
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to drive accountability and influence without direct authority.
