It is a full-service operation, specializing in the development, construction, and maintenance of wireless telecommunications networks. Core Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary program lead for a high‑visibility, enterprise client with rigorous performance, schedule, safety, and quality expectations.
  • Lead end‑to‑end program oversight, including bid support, cost validation, scheduling strategy, and execution alignment
  • Provide technical leadership across both electrical and civil scopes, including:
    • Utility coordination and service upgrades
    • Civil site work (excavation, concrete, trenching, restoration)
    • Specialty trade scopes of work as occur
    • Charger installation and commissioning considerations
  • Support and review multi‑state bid packages and pricing strategies for large fleet deployments
  • Coordinate internal teams (engineering, construction, estimating, procurement) to ensure consistency and scalability
  • Ensure code compliance, constructability, and risk mitigation across jurisdictions
  • Standardize execution approaches while adapting to regional requirements
  • Support subcontractor vetting and benchmarking where needed

Required Experience & Skillset:

  • Senior‑level program or project leadership experience in electrical infrastructure or large‑scale facilities work
  • Electrical expertise equivalent to a Master Electrician, with practical field and design knowledge
  • Strong understanding of civil construction related to infrastructure projects
  • Proven experience managing large, multi‑site, multi‑state programs
  • Ability to engage directly with client stakeholders at the facilities and regional level
  • Experience supporting both bid development and construction execution

Preferred Background:

  • EV charging infrastructure or utility‑adjacent construction experience
  • Experience supporting national or enterprise clients with standardized rollout programs
  • Familiarity with Level 2 and DC Fast Charging system installations

Business Need / Justification:

This role is critical to supporting Amazon’s expanding EV charging program, ensuring technical accuracy, execution consistency, and effective client engagement across a high‑volume, multi‑state deployment portfolio

The pay range for this position 125,000-160,000 However, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience (in addition to medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered).
