Orthodontic Office Manager - The Village Orthodontics

The Village Orthodontics is seeking an experienced Orthodontic Office Manager to join our growing team in Kyle, TX! We are looking for a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building a positive team culture while delivering an exceptional patient experience.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:30am - 5pm

Qualifications:
Orthodontic experience required
Leadership and management experience required
Strong communication and organizational skills
Bilingual Spanish preferred

Responsibilities:
Oversee daily office operations
Lead and support front and back office teams
Help drive office performance and patient satisfaction
Support training, coaching, and team development
Maintain a positive and professional office environment
