Location:Buena Park, CA (On-Site)

Compensation:$22.00 - $26.00 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule:Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch)

StyleKorean Inc. is a global K-Beauty distributor operated by SILICON2 Co., Ltd. We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated E-Commerce Operations Associate to support our growing U.S. e-commerce and wholesale operations.

This role is a great opportunity for someone interested in K-Beauty, online retail, and business operations. You will gain hands-on experience supporting order management, customer service, inventory coordination, product data, and daily e-commerce activities while collaborating with teams in the U.S. and South Korea.



Position Overview

The E-Commerce Operations Associate will support daily business operations to ensure smooth order processing and customer experience. This role involves coordinating with internal teams, assisting with e-commerce tasks, maintaining accurate data, and supporting operational activities.

You will work closely with our U.S. teams and headquarters in South Korea to support business initiatives and improve daily workflows.

Key Responsibilities
Order & Data Support
Assist with daily order processing and maintain accurate order information in company systems.
Monitor order status and support timely fulfillment.
Respond to customer inquiries through email and mobile applications.
Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently.

E-Commerce & Product Support
Maintain product information and assist with website updates.
Support product availability updates and inventory-related tasks.
Assist with SKU management and basic sales reporting.
Help maintain accurate product and pricing information across e-commerce channels.


Logistics & Inventory Coordination
Track shipments using shipping software.
Communicate with warehouse teams to support timely order fulfillment.
Assist with inventory monitoring and back-order management.


HQ & Team Collaboration
Collaborate with teams in the U.S. and South Korea to support daily operations and projects.
Assist with operational tasks and process improvements as assigned.


General Support
Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned by management.


Qualifications
Passion for beauty, skincare, and the K-Beauty industry.
Interest in e-commerce, online retail, and customer experience.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Google Sheets.
Comfortable using AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini) to improve workflow efficiency.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Background check required after a conditional offer is made, in accordance with applicable laws.



Preferred Qualifications
Korean and English bilingual ability is preferred for communication with our headquarters in South Korea.
1+ year of experience in e-commerce, customer service, operations, or a related field is a plus
Experience with Shopify, Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, TikTok Shop, or shipping/warehouse management software is a plus.
Interest in data analysis and process improvement.
