Are you tired of working in a large corporate dealership where you're just a number?

We may be looking for you.

We are a family-owned and operated Stellantis dealership in Baraboo, WI, and we're looking for an experienced Dealership Office Manager to join our team.

This is a key position in our dealership. We're looking for someone who understands dealership accounting and office operations, knows how a deal should flow from the salesperson's desk through accounting, and takes pride in making sure the details are right.

If you have Dealertrack DMS experience and dealership office experience, we'd like to talk with you.

THIS IS NOT A TYPICAL OFFICE MANAGER POSITION

We're looking for someone who understands the dealership business.

You should be comfortable with:

  • Deal jackets and deal processing
  • Vehicle titles and registrations
  • Accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Dealership accounting
  • Bank and account reconciliations
  • Floorplan accounting
  • Month-end closing
  • Manufacturer reporting
  • DMV and title work
  • Customer and lender paperwork
  • Dealertrack DMS
  • Working with sales, service, parts, finance and management
  • Keeping the dealership organized and compliant

You don't have to know everything on day one, but dealership experience is important.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As our Office Manager, you'll have an important role in the day-to-day operation of the dealership.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the dealership's office and accounting functions
  • Processing and reviewing vehicle deals
  • Ensuring deal paperwork is complete, accurate and properly funded
  • Managing titles, registrations and related paperwork
  • Accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Bank and account reconciliations
  • Floorplan and inventory-related accounting
  • Assisting with month-end financial statements and closing
  • Working with our manufacturer and other business partners
  • Working with banks, lenders and vendors
  • Maintaining accurate customer, vehicle and accounting records
  • Monitoring receivables, payments and outstanding items
  • Preparing reports for management
  • Helping ensure dealership policies and procedures are followed
  • Identifying problems and getting them resolved before they become bigger problems
  • Supporting dealership management and ownership with administrative and financial information
DEALERTRACK EXPERIENCE

Dealertrack DMS experience is strongly preferred.

If you're currently using Dealertrack and understand dealership accounting and deal processing, that is a major advantage.

Experience with Stellantis dealerships is also a plus.
