Lynch Kenosha has a rare opportunity to apply for the position of Dealership Office Manager. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial/accounting system, personnel at the dealership, and providing sales and expense analysis to the General Manager. Among other duties, you will also be responsible for bank account reconciliation, and providing monthly statements that reflect the financial condition of the dealership to managers and owners.

Requirements
  • 3-5 years proven results in similar role (required)
  • 3 years minimum relevant automotive dealership experience (required)
  • Accounting and finance background (preferred)
  • Proficiency in basic computer programs, including Microsoft Office
  • Extremely detail focused
  • Strong leadership and training skills
  • Excellent customer service and organizational skills

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the financial/accounting system, and personnel at the dealership
  • Train Office Assistants and assign them with daily tasks
  • Process vehicle registrations and receive/prepare titles
  • Provide monthly financial statements to the Managers and Owners
  • Provide sales and expense analysis to the General Manager
  • Monitor and reconcile schedules
  • Reconcile bank accounts for the dealership on a daily basis
