Position Overview

As the Business Office Manager, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the financial health and operational efficiency of our skilled nursing facility. You’ll manage billing, resident accounts, and compliance processes while supporting our mission to provide exceptional care to every resident.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee billing and collections for Medicare, Medicaid, private pay, and insurance
  • Manage resident trust accounts and financial agreements with families
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, including audits and cost reporting
  • Collaborate with HR and clinical teams on census, admissions, and discharge documentation
  • Supervise office staff and assist with payroll and purchasing functions
  • Serve as a resource for residents and families regarding financial matters

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare business office management (long-term care preferred)
  • Strong understanding of Medicare/Medicaid billing and insurance processes
