What You'll Do
As a Licensed Insurance Account Manager, you'll serve as a trusted point of contact for existing clients, providing proactive service and helping them navigate their insurance needs throughout the life of their policies.
Responsibilities
  • Manage and service a book of Personal Lines insurance accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.
  • Respond to customer questions and service requests by phone, email, and in person.
  • Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, billing questions, claims support, and coverage updates.
  • Conduct proactive policy reviews to identify changing needs and potential coverage gaps.
  • Recommend appropriate insurance solutions based on each client's individual situation.
  • Identify account rounding and cross-selling opportunities that provide additional value and protection.
  • Educate clients on coverage options, policy features, discounts, and available products.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and strengthen retention.

What We're Looking For
Preferred Qualifications
  • Active Property & Casualty Insurance License required.
  • Previous insurance agency experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience managing and servicing Personal Lines accounts.
  • Experience with policy changes, renewals, endorsements, and customer service.
  • Life Insurance License is a plus or willingness to obtain.
  • Familiarity with agency management systems and insurance technology.
