The Law Office of Bryan Fagan is a firm that excels in family, estate planning & probate, and criminal law matters. We have (16) offices in Texas: (2) offices in Houston (Corporate and The Heights,) and (1) office in Atascocita, Humble, Kingwood, The Woodlands, Richmond, Austin, Dallas, San Antonio, Fort Worth, Humble, Galveston, El paso, Rockwall, and Abilene and more on the way.
We are seeking an Office Manager to join our team in the ( ) office to support the office related operations and employees. In this role, you will be essential in ensuring the smooth operations of our office, providing exceptional support to our leaders, employees and clients. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will contribute significantly to our mission of delivering outstanding legal services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve and the main point of contact to ensure proficient and smooth day to day office operations.
  • Manage the upkeep and set up of the office, from purchasing and setting up.
  • Support new hire onboarding; Workspace set-up, day one tour, and ongoing employee support.
  • Supply ordering and maintaining accurate inventory levels for home base office and other offices as applicable.
  • Support office moves for assigned office and around the area, where needed.
  • Interface with vendors. Seek quotes and cost on needed projects for the office.
  • Support office activities and ensure efficient workflow throughout the office.
  • Maintain organized project management and clerical tasks as needed.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for supervisor, and specific calendaring for legal teams and clients.
  • Take simple execution work off supervisor as delegated.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Utilize Google Suite for document management, communication, and collaboration.
  • Support other office as applicable.
  • Other duties as needed.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • 2+ years pf proven experience as an office manager, administrator or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Familiarity with Google Suite applications is preferred. To include calendaring appointments between clients, Legal team and other internal partners.
  • Proficient administrative skills with attention to detail in all tasks.
  • Proficient computer literacy with in office software.
