Insurance Office Representative (Hybrid Remote)
Location: North Dallas, TX
Compensation: $50,000 - $75,000 per year (Base Salary + Performance Bonuses)
Are you looking to start a rewarding career with growth opportunities, professional development, and a flexible hybrid work environment? We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and motivated Insurance Office Representative to join our successful State Farm agency team.
No insurance experience is required. We provide training and support to help you develop valuable customer service and insurance industry skills. This position offers a clear path for advancement into licensed customer service, account management, and sales roles.
Hybrid Work Schedule
• Work remotely when the agent is in the office
• Work onsite at our North Dallas office on scheduled days when the agent is out of the office
• Attend occasional in-person meetings, training sessions, and team events
• Must live within commuting distance of North Dallas and be able to report to the office when needed
What You'll Do
• Answer incoming calls and provide exceptional customer service
• Assist customers with policy questions and account updates
• Schedule appointments and follow up with customers
• Process customer requests and maintain accurate records
• Support daily office operations and administrative tasks
• Build strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Assist with marketing and customer outreach activities
• Identify opportunities to connect customers with additional products and services
