As an Office Manager, you will be the heartbeat of our organization, ensuring that our office runs smoothly and efficiently. You will play a vital role in managing daily operations, overseeing administrative functions, and supporting our team to achieve their best. Your leadership will foster a productive environment where everyone can thrive! This is brand new facility helping folks with behaviroal health.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations, including front desk management, multi-line phone systems, filing, and clerical tasks to ensure seamless workflow.
  • Manage scheduling for meetings, appointments, and events, including event planning and logistics coordination.
  • Supervise administrative staff, providing training and development opportunities to enhance team performance.
  • Coordinate vendor management activities, including negotiating contracts and maintaining relationships with service providers.
  • Handle human resources functions such as onboarding new employees, maintaining personnel records, and supporting payroll processes using QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
  • Assist with budgeting, bookkeeping, and expense tracking to ensure financial accuracy and accountability.
  • Support medical or specialized office management tasks as needed, including compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Maintain organized records through filing systems and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Promote effective communication across departments by managing calendar schedules and ensuring timely information flow.
