Job description

Elite Restoration is currently looking for a Marketing Representative for our Pocatello location. A person in this position will be responsible for Business Development in the Eastern Idaho territory. If you have a successful attitude with a "get it done right" mentality, a desire for a career that helps others, plus work with a growing company dedicated to restoring damaged homes and businesses, then look no further.


The Primary Responsibilities of this Role are:

  • Conduct daily Business Development route stops in Eastern Idaho
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with referral partners and community contacts
  • Track visits, leads, and relationship progress in our CRM system accurately and consistently
  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and attending community events, sponsorships, and trade shows
  • Help with light marketing support including social media content, posts, and engagement (as needed)
  • Collaborate closely with office and operations teams to ensure smooth customer experience
  • Represent the company with professionalism, friendliness, and reliability


You will be successful in this role if your background and capabilities include:

  • Self-motivated and able to manage your time and schedule independently
  • Strong communication & networking skills - you must enjoy talking to people
  • Comfortable driving to multiple service areas throughout the week
  • Reliable and consistent with follow-through - accountability is key
  • Able to document interactions and relationship details in a CRM
  • Organized and detail - oriented
  • Prior experience in restoration, construction, insurance, or property management is a plus, but not required
