Position Overview:
TrueCut Insurance is seeking a motivated and outgoing Field Marketing Representative to join our insurance agency team. This individual will be responsible for building strong community relationships and driving new business by marketing our agencys insurance products and services to local businesses and organizations.
The Field Marketing Rep will serve as the face of the agency in the communityproactively connecting with partners such as car dealerships, mortgage brokers, apartment complexes, real estate agencies, small businesses, and other referral sources to generate qualified leads and grow our client base.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with local car dealerships, mortgage brokers, apartment complexes, real estate agencies, small businesses, and other potential referral partners.
  • Actively network and represent the agency in the community.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and community engagement events to increase brand visibility.
  • Identify new business opportunities and create referral pipelines from local businesses and organizations.
  • Distribute marketing materials and ensure consistent agency branding in the field.
  • Track outreach efforts, leads generated, and return on investment from field marketing activities.
  • Provide feedback on market trends and community needs to agency leadership.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of leads and support overall agency growth goals.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in field marketing, business development, or community relations preferred (insurance experience a plus but not required).
  • Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
  • Outgoing, professional, and comfortable presenting to individuals and groups.
