CGH Group, led by Tanya and Michael Hughes, is expanding its national insurance sales organization. Tanya is one of the top life insurance sales agents in the country and has built her success using the same sales systems, training, and processes available to representatives who join the agency. We provide motivated individuals with licensing guidance, hands-on coaching, advanced technology, proven sales processes, and access to experienced insurance professionals. Previous insurance experience is not required.


About the Role


We are looking for motivated professionals who are ready to build a new career in insurance sales. No insurance experience is required. Career changers and candidates with transferable sales or customer-service experience are encouraged to apply. This opportunity is a strong fit for individuals with backgrounds in sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, real estate, mortgage services, recruiting, call centers, healthcare, fitness, education, or other client-facing industries. You will receive guidance through the insurance licensing process if you are not currently licensed. Once licensed, you will work with prospective clients who have requested information about insurance and financial protection products. Your role will be to understand each clientโ€™s needs, explain available coverage options, assist with applications, manage follow-up, and build long-term client relationships. Representatives work independently while receiving access to daily coaching, mentorship, sales technology, structured processes, and ongoing professional support.


Responsibilities


  • Complete the required life insurance licensing process before conducting insurance sales
  • Contact and follow up with prospective clients who have requested information
  • Schedule and conduct client appointments by phone or video
  • Ask appropriate questions to understand each clientโ€™s financial goals, family circumstances, budget, and insurance needs
  • Explain available insurance products clearly and professionally
  • Help clients compare options and make informed decisions
  • Follow structured sales, communication, and client-service processes
  • Complete applications accurately and assist clients throughout the application process
  • Maintain organized records of appointments, follow-ups, applications, and pipeline activity
  • Participate in daily coaching, training, and professional development sessions
  • Build long-term client relationships through consistent service and communication
  • Follow company policies, carrier requirements, and applicable insurance regulations


Qualifications


  • No previous insurance experience required
  • Willingness and ability to obtain a life insurance license
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Strong verbal communication and listening skills
  • Comfortable speaking with clients by phone or video
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently
  • Strong time-management, organization, and follow-up skills
  • Willingness to learn new technology, systems, and sales processes
  • Coachable and receptive to feedback

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
