Job description

As a Licensing Specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring licensing compliance across the organization while partnering with teams throughout the business to support operational excellence and regulatory readiness.

What You'll Do
  • Manage licensing and registration activities for producers, adjusters, entities, and licensed employees across multiple jurisdictions
  • Monitor license renewals, regulatory requirements, and compliance deadlines to ensure continuous compliance
  • Maintain licensing records, documentation, and audit trails while supporting regulatory examinations and audits
  • Partner with People Operations, Legal, Claims, and Underwriting on licensing-related initiatives and requirements
  • Identify compliance risks, recommend solutions, and support remediation efforts when needed
  • Drive process improvements, reporting enhancements, and licensing compliance metrics
What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal Studies, Compliance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of insurance licensing or regulatory compliance experience
  • Hands-on experience with NIPR, Sircon, and state insurance department portals
  • Strong understanding of producer, adjuster, and entity licensing requirements
  • Experience in Homeowners or Property & Casualty insurance preferred
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills with a high attention to detail
