Job description

This position is expected to work 20 hours/week, running 9/14 through 12/11.

The Sales Intern will provide administrative and analytical support to the Business Development/Sales department, with a focus on maintaining accurate pipeline data and supporting forecasting efforts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to Business Development team members
  • Update and maintain Win/Loss/Pipeline data in FilePro
  • Perform quote data entry for top customers
  • Analyze house account data and help forecast future demand to support more accurate wall numbers
  • Conduct research on market trends in customer spending and Department of Defense funding
  • Assist with data organization and reporting to support sales leadership decision-making
  • Coordinate additional projects as assigned by Manager

Job Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program, business or marketing major preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent administrative skills
  • Superior attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
