Pay: $25.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, Full-Time
Location: Topsham, ME
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, customer-focused Insurance Customer Service Agent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to identify sales opportunities while providing exceptional support to clients.
This role combines customer service and sales responsibilities, making it perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and helping customers find the right insurance solutions for their needs.
Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service to current and prospective clients
