About The Role

This role will be responsible for routine and non-routine tasks and will require independent judgment to plan, prioritize and organize workload. Candidate will interact with clients and other team members and will be required to maintain absolute discretion and confidentiality as would be expected of a professional in this role.

What You'll Do

Performs day-to-day activities in support of insurance compliance services including interaction with client personnel, other team members, and professionals from other firms involved in the engagement, including:

  • Support the insurance compliance reporting data team for the Global Insurance Services Practice.This will entail working on the following types of reporting:

  • Workers' Compensation Unit Statistical Reporting

  • Receives and processes data from clients (including premium and claims data). This data provides statistical bureaus with a snapshot of a policy at different valuations in time.

  • Run a series of Microsoft access queries to edit and scrub the data received before it is submitted to the bureaus.

  • Organizes and maintains database to facilitate effective data access and analysis

  • Delivers a high-quality product within established timeframes and budgets

  • Develops and maintains productive working relationships with client personnel

What You Will Need To Succeed

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of relevant post-graduate experience

  • Experience in Microsoft Access and Excel; ability to use Excel for data analytics including VLookups and pivot tables

  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; this position does not provide visa sponsorship

  • Ability to travel to clients and FTI office(s) as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in related fields of study

  • Experience with Workers Compensation

  • Property and Casualty Insurance experience

  • Demonstrated ability to interface with team members and client personnel in demanding, deadline-driven situations

Compensation

Minimum Pay: $51,000
Maximum Pay: $113,000
