Our client, a growing organization in the life insurance industry, is seeking an experienced Life Insurance Case Manager to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building relationships while managing the life insurance underwriting process from application through policy decision.


Responsibilities

  • Manage life insurance cases from application through underwriting decision
  • Serve as the primary liaison between independent producers and insurance carriers
  • Follow up on outstanding underwriting requirements to keep cases moving efficiently
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues that delay policy approvals
  • Escalate complex cases when additional intervention is needed
  • Navigate multiple insurance carrier portals
  • Maintain accurate documentation within the agency management system
  • Provide timely case status updates to producers and internal teams
  • Schedule and participate in calls with producers and field trainers
  • Generate reports for management and producers
  • Assist with post-issue policy changes requiring carrier support
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while managing multiple priorities


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree required
