Overview
Seeking an experienced Onshore Delivery Lead to drive execution of a data platform modernization and reporting transformation program within an insurance environment. The role will act as the primary onsite interface, ensuring alignment between business stakeholders and offshore delivery teams while driving high-quality, timely outcomes.
Key Expectations:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders across business and technology
  • Drive end-to-end delivery across data ingestion, modeling, reporting, and governance workstreams
  • Demonstrate strong understanding of insurance domains (Claims, Policy, Finance) and how business processes drive data and reporting
  • Translate business requirements into data and reporting solutions aligned to insurance KPIs and workflows
  • Coordinate effectively between onsite stakeholders and offshore teams to ensure seamless execution
  • Ensure clarity of requirements, priorities, and dependencies across Claims, Policy, and Finance
  • Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards
  • Facilitate business validation, UAT, and sign-offs for deliverables
  • Ensure consistency in KPIs, data quality, and reporting outputs
  • Drive adoption of dashboards and support business users in transitioning to self-service analytics
  • Experience with Snowflake projects will be preferred
