Job description

Salary: $60k
  • New hire application process (collecting required employment information such as background checks, reference checks, resumes, I-9, state tax form, W-4 form, insurance enrollment forms, inform staff of fringe benefits etc.)
  • Processing ADP payroll
  • Maintaining organized and current employee files
  • Liaison between the organization and insurance brokers
  • Clerical support for the HR Coordinator
  • Set up and maintain files for all providers
  • Credential providers for DC & Md. Medicaid, Medicare, and Private Insurance
  • Assist and advise providers in updating all credentialing documentation
  • Work with the Grants and Contract Manager to assist with inputting invoice data into the EGMS system monthly
  • Ability to multi-task and work under time constraints
  • Other duties as assigned
