Chuck Nash Insurance - Allstate is seeking a friendly, self-motivated and customer-focused Insurance Agent to join our growing team!
This role combines exceptional customer service with account management, cross-selling, and relationship building. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to customers while identifying opportunities to better protect what matters most to them.

What you'll be doing:
  • Handle inbound & outbound calls, walk-ins and online inquiries
  • Provide exceptional customer service on billing questions, policy changes and insurance reviews
  • Assist with endorsements, policy renewals and retention efforts
  • Cross-sell policies and ask for referrals
  • Keep accurate records and notes in our CRM system
  • Educate clients on available coverage options and updates

What we're looking for:

  • Active Property & Casualty License preferred. Candidates with prior Property & Casualty insurance experience who are willing to obtain their license will also be considered.
