    Responsibilities/Requirements

    • Greet and offer assistance or direction to customers who enter the dealership showroom or sales lot.
    • Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
    • Explain fully product performance, application and benefits with each customer.
    • Offer test drive to all prospective customers.
    • Exhibit a high level of commitment to customer satisfaction.
    • Have effective communication skills for face-to-face, phone and email correspondence to ensure the needs of customers.
    • Collaborate with the Service Department(s) to ensure seamless customer experience.ย 
    • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
    • Conduct business in an ethical and professional manner.
