Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing friendly, responsive, and knowledgeable support
  • Review existing policies and identify opportunities to better protect customers personal and business needs
  • Assist clients with policy changes, billing questions, claims support, and coverage explanations
  • Proactively reach out to ensure clients feel supported and informednot just at renewal time, but year-round
  • Work closely with the agency team to deliver a seamless, high-quality customer experience
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation

Requirements
  • Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required)
  • Strong communication skillsboth written and verbal
  • A service-first mindset with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client needs
  • Previous insurance or customer service experience preferred - previous Farmers Insurance experience is a plus
