  • Answer customer calls, schedule appointments, and handle customer inquiries promptly and efficiently.
  • Send invoices in QuickBooks and maintain accurate records of transactions.
  • Utilize Excel and Word to enter and organize data, create reports, and produce necessary documents.
  • Collaborate with team members to create bids and follow up with customers accordingly.
  • Facilitate interdepartmental communication, ensuring seamless coordination and keeping teams informed about clients and their needs.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability by operating in various roles, including general communication (phone and email), report creation, bid creation, and supporting overall operations.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in phone and email customer communication.
