We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth in personal lines insurance.   • Conduct outside sales activities to generate new business opportunities and expand the client base.
  • Negotiate terms and coverage options with clients to meet their specific needs.
  • Provide expert guidance on insurance products, benefits administration, and claims processes.
  • Perform sales administration tasks, including preparing quotes, processing applications, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Utilize analysis skills to assess client needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies that attract new clients.
