Position Overview

We are seeking a driven and experienced Installation Manager to oversee daily branch operations, ensure high-quality installations, and lead our installation and warehouse teams to success.


Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and supervise daily branch and installation operations
  • Conduct a minimum of 5 weekly inspections to ensure installations meet company standards
  • Evaluate installation and customer service issues and drive timely resolution
  • Monitor and manage warehouse operations and inventory control
  • Ensure proper usage and accountability of company materials and supplies
  • Oversee company vehicle maintenance, cleanliness, and safety compliance
  • Lead and support installation teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences

Qualifications
  • 3โ€“5 years of management or supervisory experience in a high-volume remodeling or construction environment
  • Strong knowledge of residential remodeling processes (bath, kitchen, or general construction)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Experience in customer service management
  • Background in supervising a warehouse or shop environment is a plus
  • Valid driverโ€™s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment screening
