Compensation
- $90,000–$120,000 annually (DOE)-Weekly Pay!

What You'll Do
As the Installation Manager, you will be responsible for leading our HVAC installation team, improving department performance, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
- Lead, coach, train, and develop a team of skilled HVAC installers and technicians
- Build and improve installation processes to increase efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction
- Manage installation lead flow to support department growth and success
- Monitor department profitability, gross margins, and budget performance
- Promote a strong safety culture across all installation activities
- Provide accurate reporting, performance updates, and operational insights
- Partner with the Sales Manager to achieve installation and revenue goals
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow
- Build strong relationships with employees through clear communication, recognition, and support
- Ensure staffing levels meet customer demand and seasonal business needs
- Maintain high standards for workmanship, professionalism, and customer service
What Success Looks Like
- Achieve and exceed installation profitability goals
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly gross margin targets
- Successfully develop HVAC technicians into Lead Installers
- Improve team performance through coaching, accountability, and training
- Deliver quality installations with excellent customer satisfaction
- Build a strong, motivated, and high-performing installation team
Requirements:Qualifications
- Strong HVAC industry knowledge required
- HVAC installation experience strongly preferred
- Previous management or leadership experience required
- Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop employees
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to engage with and actively listen to customers and team members
- Excellent organization, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to manage processes, budgets, and team performance
- Valid driver's license required
