What You'll Do

As the Installation Manager, you will be responsible for leading our HVAC installation team, improving department performance, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

  • Lead, coach, train, and develop a team of skilled HVAC installers and technicians
  • Build and improve installation processes to increase efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction
  • Manage installation lead flow to support department growth and success
  • Monitor department profitability, gross margins, and budget performance

  • Partner with the Sales Manager to achieve installation and revenue goals

  • Maintain high standards for workmanship, professionalism, and customer service

Requirements

Qualifications
