Job description

Job Summary:
The HVAC Field Supervisor interacts & supports the administrative functions for the Retail Managers & Technicians in the field.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for overseeing all install crews.

Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Schedule Quality Assurance visits.
  • Enters weekly time sheet summaries in Service Titan.
  • Schedules follow up activities.
  • Tracks vehicle maintenance logs and truck stock
  • Assists with property management quotes and follow ups.
  • Assists with Afterhours calls for nights and weekends.
  • Assists with retail manager in providing training for installers.
  • Assist with technician's payroll.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of service titan
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to make sound judgements relative to inventory.

Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 5 + years retail install experience required.

Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
